Boulder Creek is the iconic water feature running through the city that brings in people from all over. The ditch, however, is more of an eyesore than a beauty and provides an opportunity for improvement within the site. Additionally, most of the site is lacking greenery, which is an important part of comfortable spaces and essential to provide a place for people to exercise and relax.
